St. Andrew’s United Church was filled to capacity Wednesday evening for TubaJohn’s Christmas Concert with Friends which founder John Sykes said raised just over $1,800 in cash and piles of groceries for the Salvation Army’s Christmas Cheer Fund. Pictured are Mark Hamm (left), Sykes, and Connie Haeussler. Members of the Williams Lake Community band will also be performing at 7:30 p.m. this evening in the City Hall Council Chambers. Admission is also by donation to the food bank.
