Now in the second week of the Performances in the Park concert series, Thursday’s installment will feature Flannel Roots, who describe themselves as a folk-rock band, twisting away with bluesy undertones.

Flannel Roots, originating from Williams Lake, completed their first album in late August of 2015 and are on track to creating another.

Flannel Roots hits the stage in Boitanio Park at 6 p.m.

Following that at 7 p.m. Dirty Mountain will take to the stage.

Dirty Mountain is a harmony-driven, roots/rock band based out of Victoria, B.C. Their music is like drinking fine roots on the rocks.
