The Williams Lake & District Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Tourism are presenting WorldHost Customer Service Workshops on Wednesday, Feb. 29 with master trainer Holly Fredrickson from Victoria.
The session Customers with Disabilities runs from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
This session is designed to increase an employee’s sensitivity toward people with disabilities and to provide superior customer service skills that respect every customers’ unique needs.
The session Service Across Cultures runs from 1 to 4:30 p.m.
This session will increase an employee’s awareness of the diverse cultures that make up our communities and our customers.
This session focuses on effective communication across all cultures.
These are very motivating and interactive workshops for anyone working with the public, from students just entering the workforce, or a refresher for long-time employees or for those who need help polishing their skills to ensure their customers have a wonderful experience.
