There was a full house at the Elks Hall Saturday night for the annual Williams Lake Sportsmen’s Association awards banquet and auction fundraiser. Wayne Biffert (centre) was presented with the Jack MacKill Memorial Trophy Conservation Award. The award was presented by club president Barry Jenkins (left) and trophy awards convenor Moe Monita. The meal, catered by Alison Mann and company, was an exotic mix of wild game donated by club members including sweet and sour cougar, moose lasagna, elk and bear meatballs with yam, buffalo stroganoff, curried deer, salmon, trout and more
