A special awards ceremony will be held at Thompson Rivers University on Thursday, Sept. 3 to recognize recipients of the university’s TRU Grit entrance awards.

The awards are $1,000 or $2,000, depending on whether they are a part-time or full-time student, says Myrissa Krenzler, TRU marketing coordinator.

Award recipients, as well as delegates from Thompson Rivers University and TRU Grit, will be in attendance.
