Donna Dixon leads a group in a rattle-making workshop at the Xat’sull Heritage Village 2011 grand opening on Saturday.
Guests were invited to partake in making rattles out of dried elk hide and filled their pockets with their favourite pebbles, glued the handle in and decorated it with paint and rabbit fur.
Other highights included traditional dancing, singing, drumming, story telling, traditional arts and crafts, guided tours, workshops and traditional local food.
