If you are a poker buff, mark Saturday, Feb. 11 on your calendar.
The Horsefly Community Club will be holding its third poker tournament fundraiser at the Horsefly Community Hall.
The cash will eventually go toward a roof for our outdoor skating rink, and annual fairgrounds area.
The new roof will make it far more comfortable for fair-goers with exhibits of animals, pets, and other livestock.
Tickets are available at Clarke’s General Store and the Anvil Pub in Horsefly, or from John Hollan.

Advance ticket sales only, with no sales after 1 p.m. All play is in accordance with BC Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch.
Prizes are as follows: first — $1000; second — $500; third — $250; fourth — $125; and fifth — $100
