There was a full house of 120 people, including a couple of men, attending the International Women’s Day dinner event held at Beeotcheese Bistro and Bakery Tuesday evening.
Among the many presentations made during the evening Columneetza secondary students Kallie Schick (left) and Emma Davidson presented a profile and tribute to School District 27 Superintendent of Schools Diane Wright and her long work history in the district.
Wright said she was humbled and honoured to receive the tribute and especially happy that they mentioned her new baby granddaughter, Scarlet.
