The Station House Gallery Society will hold its annual general meeting at noon on Wednesday, Nov. 16 at the gallery.

The agenda includes greetings and reports from the president, treasurer, executive director and acting exhibition co-ordinator, followed by the election of officers.

There will be coffee, snacks and a draw for two complimentary passes to the Vancouver Art Gallery which are valid through August 2017.

The main gallery in November features Cat Fink’s show The Joy Diary. Upstairs Brian Garten and his daughters, Madison and Mariah have a show titled Generations.

Gallery membership is one way the gallery helps to cover operating costs.

Yearly memberships are $20 for individuals; $25 for a family; $250 for a corporate sponsor of the gallery; and $500 for a corporate partner of the gallery.

Membership includes a monthly newsletter and invitations to all gallery openings and events.

Volunteer opportunities are also available at the gallery to help in the gift shop and on committees for special projects and events, facilitating workshops and service on the gallery board of directors.

The board currently includes president Kathryn Steen, vice-president Lori Macala, treasurer Pat Teti, and directors Anne Oliver, Stan Navratil, Jane Wellburn, Beth Holden, Cary Burnett, Marilyn Dickson and Karen Frey.
