This past weekend's Williams Lake Harvest Fair was another huge success, said fair president Tammy Tugnum.

"[We had] outstanding attendance," Tugnum said. "Patrons were up more than 30 per cent.

"Overall the fair board is thrilled at how well this year's fair turned out.

"Stay tuned for new and exciting things at the 39th annual 2014 Williams Lake Harvest Fair."

Tugnum said the Little Britches Rodeo Finals and Harvest Ranch Rodeos were both well received and helped contribute to this year's attendance boost.

Entries in the exhibit hall were about the same as last year, she added.

The next Harvest Fair catalogue will be done and posted online by November of this year for the 2014 Harvest Fair.

"We still need a few more members," Tugnum said. "Meetings are the second Wednesday at city hall excluding the month of December."
