Sacred Heart Catholic School at 455 Pigeon Avenue is holding two public events this week to introduce the public to the school.
There will be an open house Sunday, Feb. 6 from 10:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. The public is invited to come for breakfast and visit the classrooms and meet the staff.
Every child in grades 4 to 7 has their own Netbook computer on their desk. On Monday, Feb 7 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. the Ready, Set, Learn program will be open for visits. The program helps to prepare 3, 4, and 5 year olds for kindergarten. Bring your preschooler for an afternoon of fun and play, crafts, games, and songs. There will be presenters, a school tour and gifts for the children.
