The CIBC Run for the Cure of breast cancer takes place Sunday, Oct. 4 at 10 a.m. starting from Boitanio Park.
Participants can walk, run or jog the five-kilometre route.
“We are asking for help from businesses in Williams Lake,” said Tracey Weins. “We are looking for donations of water, coffee, doughnuts, party tents and door prizes.”
Donations can be dropped off at CIBC at 220 Oliver Street.
“Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated,” Weins said.
