Special to the Tribune/Advisor
Again this year the Rose Lake/Miocene 4-H Club is having its annual Easter Petting Zoo in Boitanio Mall Saturday, April 15.
This is always the best time of year to see all the baby animals.
Our club members also have some weird pets like rats and iguanas.
So you never know what you might see.
We also do a cake walk which is a lot of fun for everyone.
Entrance to the petting zoo is by donation and the cake walk is $1 a turn.
The Easter Petting Zoo takes place in the lower level of Boitanio Mall from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
April is a very busy month for our club.
The sheep, swine and poultry members are all just getting their project animals now, so they have a lot of work to do.
We have our first practice judging rally at Pam Mahon’s ranch at the end of April.
We all have to learn how to judge every project.
The Springhouse 4-H Club will be joining us for the judging rally, which is great because we get to hang out with members from another club for a while.
We hope to see you all at the petting zoo.
