The Cariboo Potters Guild is holding a Night of Decadence club fundraiser at the Longhouse Thursday, March 9 from 7 to 9 p.m.
“We are thrilled to have Dena Baumann and Brandon Hoffman provide our musical entertainment,” says potter Judy Prevost.
There are only 125 tickets available and they are selling fast, Prevost says.
Tickets are $40 each and include a plate hand made by one of the potters to take home.
Alison Mann, who is both a chef and a potter, is overseeing the appetizers and desserts that will be served on the plates.
“We are lucky to have her,” Prevost says.
The fundraiser will also include lots of door prizes, a silent auction, a cash wine and beer bar, plus a sale of pottery showcasing work by the various potters.
Funds raised will help to make repairs on the guild kiln, purchase new equipment and supplies for the club which is open to the whole community.
