As October winds blow leaves from the trees, Cariboo potters and artists are busy in their studios preparing for the craft sale season.

This will be the second year for the artists and potters to hold their fall sale in the Central Cariboo Arts Centre, still referred to by many as the old fire hall, says potter Lesley Lloyd.

“They hope you will join them in celebrating the season and come by to see the work they have been producing,” Lloyd says. “There will be styles and designs the public will recognize as well as new creative ideas to collect or give as special gifts.”

The Williams Lake Weavers & Spinners Guild will also be offering some of their handiwork for sale in one of the studios.

The show and sale at the arts centre will be on Nov. 4 from 4 to 8 p.m.; Nov. 5.  from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Nov. 6 from  10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
