PHOTOS: Spring Festival draws crowd in downtown Williams Lake

Adjacent to the show and shine, the spring festival was well attended

Downtown Williams Lake was busy Sunday, May 26 with the Spring Festival.

Vendors and organizations were spread throughout two blocks of Second Avenue North and one block of Oliver Street.

Organizer Jazmyn Lyons said in advance of the festival she was focusing on activities for older children because the Children’s Festival was also on during the same time at Boitanio Park.

In the past, Lyons has organized an Easter Festival but due to Easter being early this year, opted for the Spring Festival, hoping for better weather.
