Pet Photos With Santa support work of local BC SPCA

The annual Pet Photos with Santa event this weekend helps to support the Williams Lake BC SPCA.

The annual Pet Photos with Santa event this weekend helps to support the Williams Lake BC SPCA in its work to give abandoned and mistreated animals a second chance for a better life.

The friendly staff of the Williams Lake Veterinary Hospital invite the public to stop by the clinic at 306 Broadway Ave. North between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. this Saturday, Nov. 21 for the annual Pet Photos with Santa fundraiser for the SPCA.

Mr. Christmas himself will be available to snuggle your precious pet while Aboutface Photography snaps heart warming pictures.

The cost is a minimal $15 for the first five by seven photo and then $10 for each additional photo (cash only).

All proceeds raised directly benefit animals in the care of the BC SPCA Williams Lake Branch.

St. Peter’s tea

The annual St. Peter’s Anglican Church tea and bazaar takes place Saturday, Nov. 21 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the church basement.

Sit down to a traditional English tea with fancy sandwiches and succulent goodies or find something special at the bake and canning sale, crafts table, or attic treasures, or buy a ticket for the  quilt raffle.
