Paul st. pierre receives lakecity tartan scarf

Linda Purjue of the Williams Lake Spinners and Weavers Guild presents former Coast Chilcotin MP and noted Canadian author Paul St. Pierre with a scarf made in the Williams Lake tartan fabric, during a tribute to St. Pierre held at the Gibraltar Room, Sept. 16. The event hosted by the Cariboo Regional District Library, Williams Lake Branch and the Williams Lake Film Club raised $500 each for the library and the Learning Disabilities Association of Williams Lake, says organizer Krista Liebe.
