Operation Christmas Shoebox has begun.
People can pick up decorated empty shoe boxes to fill and then drop then off again at Cariboo Bethel Church at 833 Western Avenue.
The deadline for the donations is Friday, Nov. 21.
Pamphlets outlining details on what items to put in the shoe boxes that will be delivered to poor children in developing countries around the world are also available at the church. For more information call 250-398-6731.
