New residents of Riske Creek, Justin and Sheshawna Davis, recently welcomed a brother for their son, Austin. Kace Jesse Thomas Davis was born Oct. 1, 2011 at 4:46 p.m. weighing 8 lbs. 15.5 oz.
A baby shower was held for baby Kace on Oct. 23 at Shelly Howarth-Loring’s residence.
Ladies came from Williams Lake and Riske Creek to shower the newborn with many gifts and amazingly none of them were duplicated.
During the shower guests participated in the diaper game which is a hilarious game to play.
Winning the game hands down was Raylene Poffenroth. Shelly provided snacks, coffee and tea as well as one of her creative cakes for the baby shower.
