Several people were on hand to present a cheque to artist Chelsea Kuhn, who painted the mural in McLeese Lake. Present at the ceremony were McLeese Lake Recreation Society vice president Fred McCallum and secretary Jackie King; Oasis Resort owner/donator Rob Swaan, representing himself and his brother Jim; society president Howie Chamberlin, who is presenting the cheque to Kuhn; Cariboo Regional District Area D director Deb Bischoff; Tom Schoen area D representative for arts and culture; Rosemary Kelsey; and Graham Kelsey, president of Central Cariboo Arts and Culture Society.
