Dr. Chris Montoya (centre) received an excellence in teaching award for his work at Thompson Rivers University — Williams Lake campus — during the Arts Faculty Recognition awards, TRU, last Friday night. The inaugural event honours faculty who showed excellent performance in teaching, scholarship, and service. The awards were adjudicated by department chairs and the dean of arts.
