The grand aggregate winner at the 2013 Williams Lake Harvest Fair was Mary Telfer, pictured here with event MC Michelle LaPlace.
Telfer received the highest points in the most categories, stating that she won the award in 2012, but that this year was truly a surprise. Telfer has been a volunteer at the Harvest Fair for many years as a director and as secretary.
“Looking around it’s wonderful to see all the kids’ entries we had this year,” she said. “It’s great to see them coming up behind us.”
