Two groups of Marie Sharpe Elementary students are participating in a series of music workshops this week. The Grade 4 students are taking fiddle lessons with Calvin Cairns (far left), a noted instructor from Victoria talking with Aidan Wycotte and Charlie Charleyboy.
Principal Calvin Dubray says a total of 51 students are involved in the workshops which will be capped off with a performance on Thursday afternoon. Several groups are collaborating on the music project.
