The Studio Theatre’s production of Crimes of the Heart didn’t take any awards at the Theatre B.C.’s Mainstage provincial festival in Kamloops over the weekend but at least one of the actors is satisfied with their performance.
“We did well but we had some wicked competition. I don’t feel bad losing to them,” says Juli Harland who played Lenny in Crimes of the Heart.
“We had a great time. It was a wonderful learning experience.”
The Okanagan Zone Sagebrush Theatre production of The Woman in Black won best play and other awards.
