Joyce Norberg, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 139 treasurer, is preparing for Remembrance Day ceremonies today.
The ceremonies begin at the Gibraltar Room at 10 a.m. with the colour party. Doors open at 9 a.m. The service is scheduled for 10:25 a.m. The public is then invited to the City cenotaph for the two-minute silence at 11 a.m. and the laying of wreaths.
Members of the Williams Lake Flying Club will peform a fly by.
Following the ceremony, participants are invited to the legion for lunch and refreshments.
