There are just a few tickets left for the TRU Grit gala coming up Saturday, April 8.
Tickets are only available by calling 250-392-8048, says TRU marketing co-ordinator Myrissa Krenzler.
In addition to the dinner the evening includes a performance by singer/songwriter Lydia Hol, dancing the the music of Run Home Jack, and both live and silent auctions.
Some of the auction items donated for the event include a diamond earrings and necklace set with authentic Canadian diamonds from Woodland Jewellers valued at $1,150; seven night’s accommodation at Old Key West Resort in Disneyworld, Florida from Christine Gallagher valued at $3,800; a weekend getaway at Eagle Bear Lodge from All-Ways Travel valued at $400; an Alfred Angelo evening gown from Brides & Belles valued at $300; and a framed Grizzly Bear print by Robert Bateman from Framed Creations by Bruce.
There are also raffle tickets available for a trip to Ottawa that are selling for $20 each.
