Junior French language books presented to library

Students in the French Immersion program at Marie Sharpe elementary walked to the Williams Lake public library Friday afternoon where they presented 100 books in the French language to the library.

Students in the French Immersion program at Marie Sharpe elementary walked to the Williams Lake public library Friday afternoon where they presented 100 books in the French language to the library. Each child presented a book to Cariboo Regional District Area D director Deb Bischoff for the library. The Canadian Parents for French, Williams Lake Chapter spent $500 to purchase the books in the French language for the library’s junior collection.
