The annual Winter Light-Up and Santa Claus Parade will have a new twist this year with the addition of an Ice Princess Float.
Organizers are looking for ice princesses young and old to fill the float.
The deadline to enter is Wednesday, Nov. 19.

The new float will be part of this year's Downtown Winter Light Up and Santa Claus Parade celebration on Saturday, Nov. 29.
The parade starts at 11 a.m. followed by a number of fun events in Spirit Square and the Limelight Theatre.
There will be pictures with Santa from noon to 2 p.m.; face painting from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; treats and hot chocolate from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; music, live theatre and storytelling at the Limelight Theatre between noon and 7 p.m.; multicultural eats and crafts at the Limelight from noon to 7 p.m.
There will also be lots of bargains to be had during the Midday Madness shopping hours of noon and 6 p.m.
