High school band fundraising dance this Saturday

The Cariboo Gold Dance Band is teaming up with the Williams Lake/Columneetza secondary combined tour band and jazz band for a special dinner, concert and silent auction at the Elks Hall this Saturday evening.

The concert will help raise funds to send the high school bands to participate in concerts in Edmonton this spring, says band teacher Dena Baumann.Tickets can be purchased at Williams Lake secondary until Friday afternoon, so they can plan ahead for the dinner,” Baumann says. The tickets are $25.
