Representatives from Williams Lake City Council and the Cariboo Regional District along with arts group representatives joined in praising Graham Kelsey at a gathering held in the Central Cariboo Arts Centre Tuesday evening where the great room was named in his honour.

The great room at the arts centre was named for Kelsey in recognition of the tremendous amount of work he did in bringing the city and CRD together to create a joint arts and culture function for the Central Cariboo and have the city’s old fire hall converted into a community arts centre.
