The Cariboo Park Home Society is one step closer to building a long-awaited addition to Glen Arbor apartments for seniors.
The society recently received a grant of $10,000 from Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation: Affordable Housing Centre.
“This will enable us to do a business plan and preliminary drawings to build more seniors’ affordable accessible housing on the Glen Arbor site,” says society promoter Maureen Tickner.
“The goal of the Cariboo Park Home Society has always been to complete Phase II development of our housing site.”
