Henry and Brigitte (above) Wenger, operate the Wenger sheep farm on Fox Mountain but also sell honey and other farm produce such as spiced vinegar from the Okanagan at the Friday Farmers’ Market in Boitanio Park. Brigitte makes wonderful fruit tortes, homemade pasta, fancy breads, and sells farm eggs and vegetables such as swiss chard and kohlrabi. She says lamb will also be available this month.
The weekly Farmer's Market in Williams Lake, is open from May 11 to Oct. 5 every Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
