The Daybreak Rotary Club is looking for volunteers to help with its 25th annual Giant Used Book Sale coming up Feb. 13 to 27 in the upper level of Boitanio Mall.
All proceeds raised by the sale help to support Rotary and its community projects.
People who have a little time to help with the sale can call Lori Macala at 250-305-8559.
Donations of books for the sale can be dropped off at collection bins located at Safeway, Save-On-Foods, Western Financial, the entrance to Boitanio Mall and at the 150 Mile House Centre.
People can also call 250-392-4498 if they need someone to come and pick up the books for them.
Sandtronic open house
The Williams Lake and District Chamber of Commerce is pleased to co-host a special open house to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Sandtronic Business Systems Ltd.
This event is open to all members and their guests at Sandtronic located at 3 - 11 Second Avenue on Tuesday, Jan. 19 from 4:30 to 7 p.m.
There will be refreshments available and various door prizes.
