The Williams Lake Food Policy Council hosted a successful work party at the Community Garden on Carson Drive Friday to prepare the raised garden beds for planting and generally clean up the ground after winter. Volunteers enjoyed a free pizza lunch. Most of the garden plots have been spoken for this year but people can contact Michelle Iverson at foodpolicycouncil@hotmail.com to find out if there are any plots available.
