Hi my name is Kailee Messer-Leboe, I'm the club reporter from the Rose Lake/Miocene 4-H Club.
The Rose Lake Miocene 4-H Club has recently had achievement day, an event where all members of the club bring their projects to be judged and also for us members to practice our showmanship and learn!
Our clubs achievement day went very well!
All the animals were looking great, and they will be looking even better at show and sale!
Speaking of show and sale, you're invited!
It's a public event that our 4-H district has been putting on for 57 years!
It is an annual event at the Williams Lake Stockyards at 4665 Cattle Drive, Williams Lake.
Our district has a variety of projects which some will be for show only and the others will be for sale in the auction which is at 6:30 p.m. starting with the Parade of Champions prior at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 19.
The whole event will be running from Aug. 15 to 19.
Our club sale projects are: beef, swine, sheep, photography, small engines, poultry, gardening.
Show only projects: horse, dog, foods, rabbit, and Cloverbud.
