It was a weekend of celebration for Grade 12 students, who graduated Saturday in Williams Lake.
Students from Lake City Secondary School arrived at the Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex Saturday morning for their graduation ceremony, before joining other Grade 12 students from private schools in the city to take part in the 2014 Dry Grad Parade, before once again returning to the CMRC for their prom and Dry Grad activities.
Students in the parade donned cars, trucks, ATVs, bikes and every other form of transportation imaginable to make their way through the city’s downtown core.
