The Caribou Brian Injury Society is hosting the six-week educational series Introduction to Brain Injury.
Stacy Turcotte says the target audience consists of survivors, family members, community members and professionals interested in learning about the brain and acquired brain injury. The sessions include basic information about how to cope with the effects of brain injury.
Dates of the workshops are on Thursdays, Jan. 27, Feb. 3, 10, 17, 24 and March 03. The times are 6-8 p.m. each session. Sessions are to be held at the Women’s Contact Society Building above Caribou Ski Source for Sports.
