150 Mile House Elementary School has a new toy. Chris Swan, 150 Mile House Parent Advisory Council president, says the 150 Mile School PAC had been actively fundraising for a new big toy for the past four years. “It took many fundraising campaigns and some fantastic community support by local businesses to raise more than $30,000,” Swan says. “The old, wooden climbing equipment was in need of replacement and finally the time was right.”
