Archers dominant at 100 Mile 3D Shoot

Numerous Cariboo Archers travelled to 100 Mile House for their annual Outdoor 3D Archery Shoot.

A total of nine local athletes made the podium.

Lee Jackman, Ty Thurow and Fred Streleoff proved to be dominant at the shoot.

Jackman topped all compound archers with a score of 812, with the only other archer to score above 800 being Williams Lake’s Al Campsall.

Jackman wound up defeating Campsall by 11 points.

Thurow, meanwhile, easily bested all junior archers with his closest competition scoring 289 points below him.

Streleoff, not to be outdone, was the only traditional archer to score above 700, winning the shoot by 42 points.
