April 1, 1924 - November 1, 2010
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our father and grandfather, Tom Plant, at the age of 86 years on November 1, 2010 in Powell River. He was predeceased by his loving wife Betty and son Raymond.
Dad worked for many years as a
letter carrier, a job he enjoyed as it got him outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved telling stories about his hunting and fishing days. Dad was very civic minded and even served a term as City Alderman.
He will be greatly missed by his family but he is now at peace.
There will be no service by request.
