George William Sussums, 81 years, passed suddenly August 29, 2004.
Born December 23, 1922 George served with the SLI and Canadian Provo Corps during the Second World War.
He moved to Williams Lake in 1971 and retired from Lignum Ltd. in 1987.
He is survived by his wife Sheila, daughter Ann, son-in-law Dave Herrington, grandson David (Bump) Herrington, brother Harvey Sussums and nephew Ray and his wife Dela Sussums.
The family would like to thank all family and friends for their thoughtfulness and help during this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Canadian Institute for the blind would be appreciated.
