It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Guetane Lanciault.
Guetane was born in Johnville, Quebec to Roland and Francis St. Onge. Guetane was the second born of five girls and moved to B.C. in the 50’s. Although the family moved a lot they finally settled in Revelstoke, B.C. where Guetane met the love of her life Earl Lanciault.
Guetane and Earl settled in Williams Lake, B.C. and made a life for themselves. While Earl worked in logging, Guetane took pride in raising her two boys Camille and Maurice and managed the home and all the other duties.
Guetane always loved animals, the outdoors and gardening; but playing pool was her passion.
Guetane is survived by her husband Earl and her son Maurice, her granddaughter Alysa Morris; great grandson Scottie and her remaining sister Helene Mears.
The service will be on July 15, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Five Rivers Crematorium.
