Schultz, Garnet

(1929 - 2010)

Schultz - Garnet passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 29 at Parkside Care Facility. He was born on June 14, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan where his father was working at the time. The family moved to Pembroke, Ontario when he was six months old. In 1970 he moved to British Columbia with his wife, five children and the family dog. Dad was a heavy equipment operator, mostly driving graders. Garnet is survived by four daughters; Gail Schultz (Prince George), Debbie Moffat (Quesnel), Kym Schultz (Prince George), Susan Schultz (Penticton), 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren with 2 on the way. Predeceased by his with Bertha Schultz, eldest daughter Lynda Russell and son Dan Schultz. No service will be held. I cannot say thank you enough to the staff at Parkside for their support and love they gave Dad in his last days.
