Edwin Harding

In loving memory of Edwin Fletcher Harding born in Stettler, Alberta, March 1, 1906.

Edwin moved to B.C. in 1908 and passed away on November 1, 2004.

Edwin was one of the first pioneers and homesteaders in the Mackin Creek and Soda Creek areas.

He loved the Lord and horses and was self employed in the forestry business. He also loved the outdoors and gardening.

Edwin will be sadly missed by all.

Edwin is predeceased by his wife, Marjorie of 56 years.

He is survived by his daughter, Betty Wight of Williams Lake and son Ed Jr. (Wendy-Lou) Harding of Mackin Creek.

He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

To celebrate Edwin’s life there will be a gathering of family and friends at 1007 Schmidt Road in Williams Lake on Saturday, November 13, 2004 at 1 p.m. At 2 p.m. there will be a eulogy.
