Inez was born in Bella Coola, BC on March 18, 1928 and passed away in Vancouver, BC on September 4, 2017. She was predeceased by her parents Mike Fredriksen and Ragna Isaksen; her sister Edith and brother Markes; her children Cheryl and Barry and her husband Floyd.
She is survived by her two sons Keith (Leah) and Brad (Tracey); her grandchildren Heidi (Ian), Beau (Keri), Torann and Peyton; her great grandchildren Carson, Jayden, Jace and Jarrett; and her step-sister Marie Hansen.
Inez was an accomplished farm wife and you could always count on a terrific meal, great conversation and a hearty laugh with Inez. She loved her family, her flower gardens, quilting, knitting, crocheting, embroidery, harvesting pine mushrooms and she spent many hours perusing recipes for her next sweet creation.
A graveside service was held at the Bella Coola Valley Cemetery on September 16, 2017. Reception followed at the Royal Canadian Legion.
