It is with broken hearts that the family of Don Smith, age 73, announces his passing into God’s house.
He is survived by his loving wife Liz, and loving son Don Jr. Don was born in Meadow Lake, SK. He helped his mother doing the farm work while his dad was away. He became a mechanic, then a sawmill millwright.
Don was a faithful loving husband of 50 years, and a wonderful father. They were best fishing buddies! He will be greatly missed by many relatives and friends. I was honoured to be your wife.
Funeral services will be held at Compassionate Care Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 10:00 am, with burial in Williams Lake Cemetery.
