David Jorgensen Means
October 25, 1938 - October 13, 2017
On October 13, 2017 Dave passed away at the age of 78 at Royal Inland Hospital with his family by his side.
He was a long time resident of Williams Lake. Dave worked as the Mechanical Superintendent for BC Forestry for many years. He orchestrated the building of numerous softball fields which he was very proud of. It became his life's work and carries his Name! It created a place for fun, fitness and freedom of spirit to be enjoyed by the generations. He worked here faithfully to the end.
Dave is left to be mourned by his wife Marilyn, all their children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. His sister Pat (Walt).
He will be missed by them and many friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Long House on October 27, 2017 at 2 pm. All family and friends welcome!
