City crews in Williams Lake were out early Thursday morning to get ahead of the snow which started to fall overnight in the region.

Environment Canada is calling for a chance of flurries throughout the day and a high of -4C.

Drive BC is reporting compact snow with slippery sections for much of the areas roads, including Highway 20, Highway 97 and the Horsefly and Likely Roads.
