Dusty conditions and mudslide debris impacting Highways 99, 97 and 1 in several areas

A rock slide near Fountain Valley Road and Sallus Creek Road on Highway 99, just 15 kilometres north of Lilloett, has occurred. The road has been reduced to single-lane alternating traffic.

There is also debris on Highway 97, between Highway 1 and Boyd Pit Road (Cache Creek to Clinton) for 38.6 kilometres. Debris is also on the roadway between Riverview Avenue and Campbell Hill Drive (Spences Bridge to Cache Creek) for 44.8 kilometres.

DriveBC has warned of dusty conditions, potential debris flows and muddy sections across Highway 97, such as a 21-kilometre section north of the junction with Highway 1 at Cache Creek to Clinton.
